      Download WinRar (Link Provided)
      Then there are two ways...
      1.Double click setup.... Choose install location...... Click Install.
      2. Right Click.... Select Extract to Option...

      Run In Compatibility Mode
      Steps :
      1. Right click tecuha.exe
      2. Click Properties
      3. Choose Compatibility.
      4. Change Windows version to Win XP SP3.
      5. Tick Run as Administrator Option.
      6. Run tecuha.exe now
